Crane Collapse in Busy NYC, City Ignored Callers Concerns

Yet another large crane accident in the heart of New York City. According to a man who lives nearby,, he had tried numerous times to report that the crane looked very dangerous, but city depts. just kept transferring him, "...not my problem." How many times have we all been there!? The man said the crane was rigged in such a way that it looked like something children might put together, with a huge block of cement dangling above 1st Avenue, just ready to fall. This happened at 91st and 1st Ave., upper east side...very busy area. So far two reported dead. Total destruction to entire top to bottom of an apt. high rise. As rescuers work, they must fear more of the crane may fall. How many citizens called to vent their concerns and were transferred...to death?
