Exelon Seems Excellent. Alzheimer's and Parkinson Patch

Boy, it sure has been hard for me to dig up info on the new "Exelon Patch" that my mom seems to be on.
"Exelon belongs to a class of substances called cholinesterase inhibitors. It is used for the treatment of memory disorders in patients with Alzheimer’s disease or with Parkinson’s disease."

I am not recommending it because I still don't know enough about it, but I do know this: since being on her patch she is much better. She remembers more and is just sharper mentally, more in the moment when we speak. So many advertised drugs are sold and whether or not the suggested results happen are a mystery---this patch seemed to come out of nowhere!

Anyone else have experience with it? Any doctors recommending it?
