Is it sane to believe a baby born with no brain is a human? Will the baby have a life? Today a baby in Colorado marked his first birthday without a brain. His loving family gathered around him on TV, mother in tears, he is her miracle from Heaven. Usually such babies die stillborn or within days at most. His mother says, "It's hard to know that I'm going to be burying my son soon, but it's wonderful to know he's made it a year."
Are we alive without a brain? Isn't this miracle just for the mother and those who seek miracles? The child will never consider his life a miracle. The baby will never "see" hear, suck, sit up , crawl, or exist as a thinking, feeling being. What do you think?
